Refund policy

We do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. The only exception to this policy is if a defect is found in the packaging. If a defect is found, please reach out to Kkscolari@aol.com within 14 days. Please be prepared to supply a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
